Hi All,

Anyone got any experience linking Weblm (Or ACCS 7.1.2.2) to the Avaya License subscription servers?

TIA

I don’t have direct experience with that specific setup, but linking WebLM or ACCS 7.1.2.2 to Avaya License Subscription servers typically involves ensuring proper network connectivity, configuring the WebLM server URL in the Avaya system, and verifying credentials for the subscription service.

Make sure:

  1. The WebLM server is accessible from your network.
  2. The Avaya system is updated to the correct version to support subscription licensing.
  3. You’ve entered the correct subscription server details in the WebLM configuration.
If you’re running into specific issues, feel free to share more details, and I or someone else might be able to help troubleshoot!

Subscription licensing is totally managed via an avaya cloud account and based on the monthly payd fees, no chance to manage via other ways, you cant't have control on it, avaya only does

You will need a COM (Customer Operations Management) account. Its Avaya hosted. You need to open an IP office SR once you recieve your first IPO Subx entitlement email. That has the customer info, and subx ID. You request a COM account that will be for your entire BP, so suggest using group email...then you can add users of other engineers at your company.

Once you login to COM, you will see entieltments under your company, and pertinent info to put in the license tab to register. https://documentation.avaya.com/bun.../page/Subscription_and_COM_Support_Setup.html
