WebLM Error (Retrying) mode, license will expire in 30 days. 1

I feel like this error comes back constantly in some of my systems and I usually have to reboot the IPO service for it to go away.

Anybody found a way to fix this for good or found what causes the issue?

Do you have any errors in System Status?

Usually this is due to using more licenses in the configuration than what you have licensed.

yup it has but it says only weblm error retrying. The uploaded licenses are all temp license but the expiry date is on june.
 


Cause
Case 1: Customer never used the SIP Trunk License due to which it went into Virtual Grace.
Case 2: WebLM Error due to Basic user with Communicator enabled with no Softphone licenses.
Case 3: On the License Remote Server Page, change the Remote Server had the IP Address for the Domain.
Case 4: Cold Start
Case 5: SCN Lines failed to start due to mis configuration.
Case 6:The system was not formatted correctly and there were errors in configuration .

Solution
Case 1: Match the License requirement without over configuration / under configuration. Reload the License file and reboot the system.
Case 2 Removed over subscription and the license went back into WebLM Normal
Case 3: On the License Remote Server Page, change the Remote Server to added https: to the Domain.
Case 4: Remove single power user| Merge| Re-add single power user| Merge
Case 5: SCN lines were down due to the difference in date and time between the primary and 500V2 expansions. Once the expansions were set to match the same date and time of the primary, the SCN lines came online and the WebLM errors were resolved.
After clearing the WebLM error mode the license was available to be applied.
case 6:A mix of recreating the SD, resetting the config on the control unit cleared the errors.
