Weblinks causing pnagent to go to not responding

Hello Everyone here is my situation.

I have Citrix Presenation Server 3 with the lateset updates running on Windows 2000 Server with Office 2003. When a user is accesing a weblink through Outlook 2003 it opens the first one fine in Internet Explorer, if they chhose a second weblink, pnagent goes to "not responding" and will finally resolve itself after a few minutes. During that time all applictions that are being accessed via pnagent also freeze up.

All windows updates and servcie packs have been applied to the OS on the server and Office updates are also up to date. And the latest pn agent 9.00 is being used

Recieved information form a gentleman in France experiencing the same issue. On Internet explorer choose tools-> internet options -> advanced -> turn on use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections
