Hello there,

Im running a Webserver with Apache2/PHP5/MySQL4 and more on a SUSE Linux 9.1 Pro.
What i wanted to realise was an interface on my webserver where i can execute things on my linux server.

I know there are several applications you can install which have a web-based interface to manage your linux server.

Does anyone know how to perform such thing?
Is there maybe some PHP functions for this or cgi things?

One example: I want to make a website where you can enter: "dig google.com" and it will perform a dig in the linux server and put back what the linux server gave out. Anyone knows a way?
Thanks for helping me!
