When opening reports scheduled to Corporate Documents in Webi 2, some reports give the following error:
Automation exception BusinessObjects server process raised an automation exception. (BOMGR0060) IDispatch error #102 Error during import document - The document domain is not responding (docdomainserver.mydomain.nl) (returned by function Import Report) )
The strange thing is that similar reports work fine and show rightaway. The server of the document domain is functioning well, is well pingable (avg 20ms). Reports have short names (without spaces), tabs too. If a report cannot be opened by one user, nobody can open it and gets a BOMGR0060 error. The next day some of the troublesome reports can be opened, and some others simply don't.
When I retrieve the troublesome reports from Corporate Documents in the BO client (5.0.16) then the reports show rightaway.
Could you give some directions so I can solve the problem? Thanks in advance
