Webhost/Domain Registar Prices

I am going to do some website work for a local soccer org. I'm looking for a good domain registar and host. I've seen some domain registar's go for as little as 6.95 per domain.

What are some of the prices you are seeing out there for hosting FrontPage Ext's, Possibly SQL hosting? As you can tell this is a non-profit group so cutting costs are at a premium.
