IS-IT--Management
Hi all. Got a problem with my webdav site that i believe is ISA related. I set up a webdav site on w2k3 for my users to share files. It is secured with a godaddy ssl cert. I can map the site as a network place in windows xp (or as a drive in win7), and upload or download files, but it is exceptionally slow. Like 170kbps max.
Isa 2006 is running on a dual p3 with 2gb of ram w2k3 box, with two 100 meg nics. The external nic is connected to a T1. Inside the firewall speeds are fine, obviously. Try to download, or upload from outside and it peaks at 170k.
What i've tried.... applied all updates to isa and windows. Manually set nic speed to 10/100. Disabled http filter in isa. Tried removing ssl and downloading over strait http. Upgraded nic drivers. turned off enforce strict rpc. banged head against keyboard. Other things i sure that i am forgetting. nothing i have done has produced even the slightest improvement.
At this point im simply out of ideas. Even bad ideas. Id take anything at this point lol. Has anyone out there had any experience with webdav and isa? There isnt too much on the web about it, or about this particular problem anyway, and id really appreciate some input...
