Hi everyone
I recently had SU07 installed on my webclient. since i have put it in, i have had to reboot it everyday.
for some reason it will not see any of the supervisors, agents, skillsets ect in Contact Center Manager. After i reboot Webclient they will show up. It will last 1 day and then i have to reboot it again.
I have SCCS 5.0, with the latest PEPs.
I can ping the SCCS from webclient, and webclient from SCCS so the 2 servers can see eachother but it seems like webclient can't find the supervisors,agents ect from SCCS.
anyone have any ideas??
