Hi,

Hi have a webcam genius messenger 310, and my pc is a quad core 2003 64 bits, but i can make it work, the issue is i don't get imagen.

Please help

It's probably a driver issue...there's an XP 64-bit driver here.

No Vista 64-bit support though.

Still having the same issue, i have a dark screen.

Has it ever worked on another PC? Try uninstalling the device in Device Mangler and rebooting, letting it find the drivers. It's probably an incompatibility with Win Server 2003 64-bit.

Try another webcam with 2003 64-bit support.

check services:

WIA service should be set to AUTOMATIC...

WIA = Windows Imaging Assistant


other than that, you may be out of luck, or have to try other software to try to access the webcam, e.g. VLC can access (driver installed) webcams aswell...
