Hello, I have a problem with a single domain on my server. I am running Plesk control panel on the server in question. To view stats, clients type in and up come the Webalizer statistics. Except for this one domain of course.

This has happened before and it seems to be somthing to do with Plesk. When the domain is deactivated and reactivated again the alias links such as webstat stop working. If the domain is completely deleted, then created again, that stats work fine. I don't want to have to do this though becuase it would involve recreating all the email accounts and other user specific settings.

Anyone have an idea on this?

clancyfan,

Is there a specific error message that you get on the one domain that isn't able to view Webalizer?

I have little experience with Plesk, but it sounds like it may be a permissions issue.

Thank you for your response, actually the issue has been resolved with help from another forum. User error of course, (that user being me) the domain in question had SSL enabled and therefore the stats were only available usine https. Once I set the domain to non ssl the stats could be viewed using regular http.

Thanks again

clancyfan,

Great! I'm glad to hear that you resolved it. While the https angle seems obvious in hindsight, I'm not sure I would have noticed it either.
