webadmin sysadmin password reset

I don't want the answer to this posted directly on the website, but does anybody know how to reset the webadmin password, we've just taken on a site from a previous maintainter who has not reset the webadmin password, also the customer does not know any other passwords to access the SCCS5, and just to cap it all the sysadmin password is not default, so if any body knows how to reset that it would help to. The customer cannot ask the previous maintainer to reset them, due to a court case going through in regards to their inability to maintain a modem let alone the solution in place !!

Contact Nortel, they should be able to webex in and reset it for you.
