WebAccess - Unable to Open Mail

I'm trying to troubleshoot this one from afar - hopefully you can help!

WebAccess 6 - has been working fine for some time. User had "some sort of problem" with the internet but is able to connect now. She gets logged in and can see her list of mail but when she clicks on one she gets NOWHERE. Server shows that the user has opened mail.

She says it just shows some big garbled mess. it looks like it is the url line - but can't see the end of it? Like . .

At a pc here in the office I can open it without a problem.

Also, unable to compose a message.

Any thoughts?? The user is admittedly computer challenged.
 
Have her clear out her cache on the browser, also check what version of the browser she is using. I had this problem on my own account, cleared the cache and haven't had it since.

*end users are just like computers, some you can work with...others just need a simple reBOOTing to fix their problems.*
