I have a GroupWise 5.5 sp5 on a NetWare 5.1sp4 network. The Network contains 3 locations via a Frame Relay T-1 circuit. Using the GroupWise Client you can access any post office user on any leg of the network.

However, using WebAccess, I cannont seem to log-in to a users mailbox on the WAN Network. I can log-in to mailboxes on the main server which houses the main GroupWise system, and has the Gateway for WebAccess.

Currently my configuration has two NIC's in the GroupWise server. One private, One Public. I was going to use the Virtual server option in the Novell Enterprise web server as the connection for WebAccess, but instead I used gateways so that the server could access the net for updates such as virus def, and time sync.

Anyone have a thought about why or how to get WebAccess to see the user mailboxes on the PO's at the Remote locations?

Thanks

Check your po links in the webaccess details. I would use tcpip instead of unc paths. And of course client server only.

Looks like it was port identification. PO was not being accepted by the MTA. Had to force PO to use proper Port ID's, seems to be working. Thanks for the IP info. Because of our using WebAccess we already switched the connections over to IP.

Thanks
