Webaccess - Java

I am trying to install GW6.5 webaccess onto a PC running IIS 6. I have selected to use the Novell Java option on the install, however, when I access my mailbox through it all the buttons are missing - they have red crosses and a description of what should be there i.e. Delete.

Is this because JAva has not installed properly?
