Frequently an html e-mail that displays correctly in the 32-bit GW client will only display as html source code through our WebAccess gateway. It isn't all html e-mails but it does happen frequently. We run GW 5.5 EP SP2 throughout the company. This only happens with e-mail that originates from an outside (Internet) source and enters our GW system through our GWIA gateway. I can't pin down if the messages are Exchange RTF or possibly the GWIA is not formatting correctly during the conversion. I applied the GWIA patch (GWIA.NLM ver. 5.56e) that corrects some formatting issues, but it didn't fix this issue. What throws me off is usually if it is a conversion or RTF issue the GW 32-bit client has the problem, but in this case it only is a problem in WebAccess. Any answers or suggestions?
