Webaccess asking to login twice!

Hi,

I'm running GroupWise 6.5 Sp 2 on 2000 Server with the latest patches. Since I loaded SSL for web, users are asked twice for login information to login.

After the first login this is the message that they receive:

Error: "Your login is not current. Please log in again."

The second login is successful.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Are you still having this problem? If so just a couple of questions.

1. Are you running more than one Web Application Server?
2. If #1 is yes, are you doing any type of load balancing?

This problem can stem from a few different areas, Proxies, Load Balancing of Application and Web Agent servers, Browsers, to name a couple three.
