webaccess and linux workstation

Hey guys...quick question

I have a couple of users that are on linux and state that they cannot access webaccess because of that fact. We are running sp3 on that perticular box (ya I know). I could not find a patch for linux anywhere...

any ideas?

what browser are they using

i use use linux client to access webaccess no probs

i use mozilla but you need to make sure you have the java plugins installed
