It's not bad.. although I must mention that it is not supported.
You need to run Apache 1.3 on the 5.1 server. It runs fine, no worries. Maybe an issue with multi-cpu machines, not sure. I know single CPU machines are fine (whatI ran). I ran Webacc on a 5.1 server for well over 18 months before we migrated to NW6.5/Apache2.
Calendonia has a book by Jim Michael for ~$36 all about how to set up groupwise webacc on Apache on basically any platform you want. This is what you want to use. It's the best money you can spend and will teach you a ton about how Webacc is architected and how it works. btw SSL is cake on netware - it's one line of config in httpd.conf since TLS is built into the Netware IP stack.
Jim's guide is here:
ps: Jim Michael frequents the Novell Support Forum on GW Webacc (actually he's a volunteer sysop) and is very nice about answering questions. Highly reccomended.
