I have one user that cannot access the webpage. Comes up with the following when hitting the web page,
<BODY bgcolor="

All other users can access the page fine. I know it must be something with the browser just not sure where to start looking. Thanks in advance for any ideas

Check the version of the Browser that is causing you problems. A good majority of the time we have found that upgrading to the latest versions of IE, Netscape, Mozilla, etc. takes care of display problems. Have a good one!

FarOut is right about having the most recent browser version. Older browsers sometimes have problems. Also some "branded" browsers don't always play well with WebAccess. We've seen problems with users who use AOL or Earthlink browsers. My recommendation in this case is to have the user sign on to the Internet as they normally would and then minimize (don't close) the AOL or Earthlink interface. They can then use IE, Mozilla, FireFox, Netscape to access WebAccess.

Another thing that could be causing your problem is a bad browser cache file. Clear the cache or temporary internet files on the problem PC and see if that helps.
