WebAccess 5.5 Attachments

Help, we are currently using Webaccess 5.5 from an NT Server and my users are unable to open attachments (ie.. Word, Excel) from within their messages. In the past they have been saving the attachments to their local computer and then opening them with the appropriate application. Is there any way to fix this problem so that they can view the attachments online?

We are using Novonyx and have the same issue. Have you resolved it?

We haven't resolved it yet. Probably when we upgrade and reinstall WebAccess.
