Ronnie, can you re-phrase the question. Should it be "Can you?"
I am familiar with both ProCenter, and Web Collab, which are different products even though ProCenter does have some features for web communication in your call centers (that must be licensed separately). The product referred to as "Web Collab" from my understanding is for web & video conferencing applications, web presentations, etc...
I don't understand if you are asking about ProCenter reports on the usage of the web features, you are asking about reporting for Web Collab, or you were simply making a statement (that I don't understand).
