Web UI pop up after call

Hi
I have had 1 agent (Supervisor) complain that sometimes after a call she will get a pop up for a split second.
She is trying to get a screenshot but she says it looks like a bunch of code and starts with 'Primary'

She is using the Web UI

Anyone come across this?
