Web Trends and Microsoft IIS

Hello
I have a site hosted with Dell hosting, they are using a Microsoft IIS platform. I am unable to generate reports from their raw log files using Web Trends Log Analyzer 4.51 Build 4100, continually generating a "date out of range" error. I received advice to specify extended logging format on IIS, however Dell Hosting will not change this option. Can anyone advise on generating reports from Microsoft IIS using Web Trends; if not Web Trends can anyone recommend another software package or approach? Thank you.
