Web toolbar opens after click hyperlink

I have a hyperlink in an excel sheet which leads to another word or excel document/sheet.

After clicking the hyperlink automatically the web toolbar opens. Is it possible to disable opening the web toolbar in office 2003?

Do you mind pasting the actual hyperlink here, so we can take a look at it? Maybe there is a helpful clue in the hyperlink itself.. (Only if it doesn't compromise any security of yours or anything along those lines).
