Web Tool for database search ?

Hi All

I would like to know if anyone knows about any "simple" tool that can help me to via a webpage make a free text search against some of my tables in the Oracle db ( 8.1.7 ).

9i comes with iSQLPlus, you might be able to use it with an 817 db...check the docs
