Web Terminal Service Client

I just installed the Web Terminal Service program on a WIN2K server. Using a WINXP or WIN2KPRO, I am able to access the address of the that Terminal Web services but the ACTIVEX CONTROL for Terminal Services Advanced Client (TSAC) does not get uploaded to the client. I tried this on a NT 4.0 client running IE 5.5 and the Activex Control gets uploaded to the client and all works fine. Is there an Activex Control for WINXP or WIN2KPRO to access Terminal Web Services?
