I am unable to assign any agents to a partition user defined partition. Is there a limit on how many users can be assigned to it?
 
There's no agent/partition limit. Describle the process you are going through. What is the error message? Maybe you do not have sufficient access rights to perform this operation. What level are you logged in at?
 
I am logged in as webadmin and myself which I am an admin. I go to assign a user under Contact Center Mgmt to a partition, submit change. Change is successful but when I go back into check thet user properties, the user is not assigned to any partition.

I also go to Access and Partition Mgmt and to that User Defined partition, Select the new site,assign agents, list all agents and select the users and click submit. I receive error: The partition properties could not be updated.

Now if I go to other sites, I am able to assign users to that partition. I can not assign agents in the new site.
 
I had that problem a while back, I reboot the server and it corrected the problem.
 
With Web Server, it's always a good idea to reboot if something strange occurs. It gets confused and you'll spend a lot of time trying to understand what is going on only to end up rebooting it anyway.
 
I rebooted the site server and still problem. I cannot reboot the actual web server just yet but all the toher sites can add agents to that partition.
 
Re-booting Web Server does not affect call routing, only the admin tools. Is there a window where the other sites will not notice 5 minutes of interuption to real time displays?
 
rebooting webserver worked. all agents were assigned under partitions.
