web site won't load, dreamweaver opens

Just reformatted my computer. Put coldfusion 7 and dreamweaver 8 back on. I also have ASP.NET 2 installed.

IIS is installed.

Have my folder in
Problem is when I go to localhost\project\login.cfm Dreamweaver is trying to open it instead of the local server opening it in a browser.

was working before I reformatted.

any ideas?
