Ok. This is a strange request but I need verification that I am not going crazy.

Can you go to this site:
From the middle of the page select "View and/or Search All Bulletins"

A new window browser window will open. Select Medicare Part B.

Select Medicare B News Bulletings and LMRPs-LCDs(1994-Current).

Select LCDs Effective May 15, 2005.

Select Vertebroplasty, Kyphoplasty; Percutaneous

Ok this is the part I need to know if you can get to work. When I go to File --> Print from that browser window select my HP laser Jet 4100 printer and press the print button, nothing prints. The only way I can get a print copy of that page is to select all and copy and paste it into word then print the information.

I have tried this on different machines within our organization and even walked my wife through it at her office with the same results (cant print).

I have called the site support phone number and they say they can print just fine.

We are using windows XP SP2 and IE 6.0.2900 (all patches applied for both).

Any thoughts why we cant get this page to print? Thanks!

What is available under File, Print, Options?
It might be that what you are viewing is a Frame.

bcastner - Thanks for your reply.

Checking under my file, print, options: the print frames area is greyed out, however the option that is selected is "All frames individually".

The two boxes below "Print all linked documents" and "Print table of links" are unchecked.

Could you get the page to print out correctly?

I printed it with no problem.

Check your windows/system for a file called Dispex.dll. Click on properties and see which version it is. If it is 5.6.0.8515, it needs to be replaced with 5.6.0.6626. Do a search on the web for Dispex and you will find a free download for this file and how to register it.

Dorabil & carrr - thanks for your replies

Dispex.dll? What does that file do?

I have the current version 5.6.0.6626. I can try to put a new copy of the file on my computer.
