Web site not showing up on first try ...

We have a website on a local webserver. By the Group Policy it's set as the Default home page for most of the employees. The problem is that when their IE is opened it comes to the page but it doesn't load. Now, if you refresh the page, it comes up fine... Is this a case of an old DNS host file somewhere?

The page that comes up is "Page cannont be displayed

Is that the only site that exhibits this behavior or does it happen with links to other sites as well? You might want to have a look at:

Yes, that's the only page. It's really strange.
