Web site mapping in Visio 2000 -- getting past the login page

I need to create a Visio map of one of our Web sites. However, it is protected by a login page, and Visio keeps stopping right there -- I'm guessing because it needs to be able to pass an acceptable ID and Password. I know the password and ID, and I have the page sitting open in front of me, but that doesn't seem to help Visio any.

How do I get it past that point?

(I've already been to the Microsoft tutorial page, but I don't see that it addresses this question.)
