I am having a problem with a feedback form created automatically by FP 2003. When the submit button is pressed it gives an error message saying to check the servers error logs but I can't find anything related in there. If someone could take a look at and take a look at the feedback form I would appreciate it.

Thanks

and the form will be?

Chris.

Indifference will be the downfall of mankind, but who cares?

If I'm not mistaken you are running an ASP (IIS) server. From the URL, it appears to be using an ISAPI filter to pass the request to "shtml.dll" and return "feedback.htm".

Suggestions:
* The may be a problem with the ISAPI installation (if this is indeed the way it has been configured to run)
* You may not have permissions to run executable (DLL) scripts on the server.
* You have anti-virus script blocking software running on your server, preventing a correct response.

Sorry, I'm only guessing. Have you tried posting this question to the "Microsoft: Active Server Pages (ASP)" group or an IIS discussion group.
