Web Site Access

We have a web site where employees can access information by loggin in. I have one paticular person that ALWAYS gets this message:
You have an invalid session or your session has expired
Attempted security breach or session expired.

I understand that this usually happens when somebody tried to bookmark this page after they have logged in. I have had them remove the bookmark/favorite and clear what I thought was all internet files. Then try to access this page again by logging in like you should, and they tell me that they still get this message.

Would anybody know how I can get their computer to allow them to access these interent pages again?
