IP Office 500v2 Preferred 9.1.7

I am new to this topic. I have a request from a potential customer, wanting to use their homemade time clock that is on a hosted server, to log users in and out of a hunt group. That way when they clock in their phone starts ringing. Pretty neat idea. They currently have this setup through a Web Service API with a hosted Phone system.

Is this possible on Ip Office? It is a small system, 500v2. 30 IP phones.

To provide it how different do I configure my setup cost wise?

navigate to devconect.avaya.com, register for free and search the IP Office stuff.
There you find information on the IP Office API's which are available.
basically there are two options: TAPI or through a XML/web interface.
Making a phone ring can only be done with TAPI.
