Web service access to XL Error Cannot create ActiveX component error

Hi!
I have created a web service in .net application, in which the web method is calling a class in which I am creating an Excel object using microsoft.office.interop.excel.
When I run this application I am getting error cannot create ACTIVE X component.
Could any one please help me,
Any help is much appreciated.
