Hi guys

Has anyone had an issue with the web browser admin interface were by the system operates fine with no issues however i cannot get onto the 3300 or telnet through to the sx2000 interface....?and the ip address is correct and confirmed.

You need to tell us how it is failing and where you are trying to access from.

e.g. is it just not allowing your username and password or does the web page not load.

Are you on the same network as the controller or do you access thru a router.

What operating system is running on the PC

I recall there was an ESM & Telnet lockup problem in 7.0.9.5 that could be caused by noodling around in the telnet interface. If that's what you're running the temporary fix is to reboot the box. A more long term fix is to upgrade to 7.0.21.7 (patch)

Enjoy the telnet interface while it lasts. I've heard rumors it's causing so many problems that it's getting locked down in rls 8.

system is 6.1.xxx
Access was direct onto the controler and the screen did not even get to the log on screen.....
i was in the correct subnet and ip scope also ,no programing changes were made whilst on the controler,to some up i was on the unit looking at some info and got kicked off and then could not get back on from any pc/.laptop for no reason at all .........the fix was a reboot but i would like to know why this happend as there was nothing in the logs once i was able to get back on after the reboot
