Web server issues on CR 9 upgrade

I just upgraded CR 8.5 developer to 9.0 on NT4 server. In using the sample application when using any viewer other than the HTML and clicking 'View Report' button the system does not submit the page.

Basically, it just turns gray.

Any ideas on beginning the debug process
