WEB server help!!

i am a newbie at win2k server. when i type in my ip to go to my website it works but when my friends on the net type it in they get messages like the server is not responding or somthing queer like that HELP! -Gande

What's the IP address? If your web server is on a LAN, you could be using the internal address (say, 10.0.0.1) and they won't be able to see that outside the LAN.

Questions need to be answered

Do you use a router?

Do you have a Static IP address?

What is the Web Server's IP Address?

What type of BroadBand connection are you using cable or DSL?

Answer those questions and i will have a better idea on how to help you.
