web server crashes!

I have a custom dll that returns a recordset to my ASP app. This ASP app when run locally on the web server works fine. But when run on different machines over the internet or network, crashes the web server! The blue screen of death appears with this message:
"Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL-NDIS.sys"
Then the machine reboots itself. FYI, my web server = Win2K/IIS5, DB server = sql-server7, on separate machine. Any idea or suggestion???
