Web Self-Administration 1

Does anyone know in r9.1 if there is a way to globally enable user Web Self-Administration, or do I really have to go into each user profile and enable? 600+ users here.

Hey, this is Avaya, they couldn't give a toss about ease of use and convenience for their BP's and customers, just what's easy to code and the minimum required to achieve a given task. Why do yo think we still can't set reserve last CA en masse or change group greetings in VV etc etc :)

 
This is my 2nd large SE deployment in 3 months and I'm seeing a lot of bugs in Manager. Randomly, when I open a config with Manager it will not download the hunt groups, and will show 0 hunt groups. If I close config and re-open, hunt groups will be there. I've already had the customer not notice it twice and merge back 0 hunt groups and wipe out 27 queues in a call center. I have 600 plus users here and hope I don't have to go to each profile and check a bunch of boxes.

You can configure one user, save it as a template and then generate 600 users based on that template.
Thinking ahead on big installs is mandatory, if you already configured all users then yes, you have to pass each and every user to enable it.
 
I had already built the users. They decided after the fact to enable it for all users. IMO that should be a tab in User Rights also.

Every user setting should be in user rights, would make life so much easier :)

 
Well not every one, as some wouldn't make sense, but all that relate to active features and telephony settings etc... :)
