Web Self Administer & Media Manager

I can access to the media manager through the application server web management,
but can't do it through Web Self Administer

The recordings option doesn't exist on the Web Self Administration portal,
although web-self Administration and Media Manager Replay are enabled for user

any assistance will be very much appreciated

R11SP4 has major bugs in the web interface, wait for next update or esclate to AVAYA to get a temp fix.
 
Try checking user can download recordings to see if it makes a difference.
Try using Chrome.
Try another uset. If user problem, delete and recreate.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.
