Hi all.
Is anyone able to enlighten me on the config of Web Self-Administration Replay recordings for.
I'm under the impression this works similar to "Call pickup members" you create a group that the user is authorized to listen to call recordings of.
Or is it call recordings made against that group.

Anyone got it working? what version you on?

The "Others" box
Anyone got any documentation that mentions the format of this box.
It appears to be limited to 108 characters.
After playing it appears to be eg. "1234;1235;1236;1237" to play recordings for extn1234 to extn1237.

Trying to have one user who is authorized to listen to multiple end users recordings it proving very difficult.

Thanks

The Replay Recordings For Group option is just that, it allows you to replay recordings made by a groups recording settings.

The Replay Recordings For Others option is what allows you to allow a user to listen to the user recordings for individual users. Yes it is ; separated. Not come across an upper limit, the most I have is a single user with access to all but 2 users recordings (so 26 users, 3 digit extensions, makes 104 characters I believe).

Where did you find the format for the "others" box

Just tried leaving a recording for the group number. That not showing up in the recordings under web self admin.
It does show up if listed as a number under the others box.

Problem being I have supervisors that need to see over 100 others users. :(
