web rpt not showing with page server as service

I have been trouble shooting what started off as a looping logon problem with my web application that serves reports to the clients.

At this stage i can display the reports in a client browser only if i have the page server running as a process.

Db = Interbase 6
Server OS = Win2k pro
application .exe = cgi (delphi 5)

I have tried 3 odbc drivers, none of which solve the problem. Crystal seem to think that the odbc driver is not accessing the Db from HKEY_local Machine.

Anyone have a solution?

Did you ever find a solution? I'm having the same problem: When connecting through an ODBC connection string, I was getting the looping logon, but when connecting through a DSN the report runs, but only with the page server as a process, and even then, for only the first connection to the report.
