Need some advise on an error we are receiving with Simphony 19.3 property with QSR integration.
We are using QSR for kitchen orders with an extensibility added in Simphony EMC.
There is a strange problem that random orders are missing to appear in QSR . There is no specific pattern to this . It happens randomly to random tenders.
Attached is the error when this happens. we failed to identify root cause of this.
• Anything related to IIS?
• Anything related to SQL database connection
We have tried below with no luck
• Remove all firewall and switch to check network dependency
• Reimaged caps , pos
• tried different QSR extensibility versions DLLS
• Changed QSR hardware and reinstalled QSR application.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
