I have a web report that uses SQL data, when I change the data via an asp page and then view the report the data has not changed, but if I view the report from another IE the report has the refreshed data. Does anyone know how you set this refresh rate, or how to make sure the report requires when viewed.
I have unselected Save Data with Report.

Two things to try:

1. Change the IE option about caching pages so you get a fresh page every time (Tools / Internet Options / Settings).

2. Set Response.Expires = 0 in the ASP page so that the page is not cached.

It is check for new page every time. Not never.

Yes I have tried all the options.
I think I'll have to add the crystal activeX to an asp page and use the AddParameter option, I'v never done this so it should be fun!!!!

Thanks for you help.

you could try a utility from the crystal site called cr_webrefresh.exe -

Within your web browser make sure you are checking for a new page every time you visit.

Tools / Internet Options / Click the Settings button

If you hold Shift when you click refresh does it work ?
