Web publishing cannot be enabed

I am desparately trying to enable a database for local intranet sharing. I am able to turn on Network Sharing but when I try to enable Web Publishing I get the message "Filemaker cannot share files over the Web because Instant Web Publishing could no tbe started."

No further explaination as to why. I only have one version of Filmaker running and everything else seems to be working fine.

Help please!!!!!!

I found a great step-by-step tutorial for web publishing online that solved my problems. The title is:

You could probably find it with Google. I don't remember the URL where I got it.
