Web Powerplay export to PDF : problem

Dear members,

When I try to export to PDF from a Web Powerplay, I always get


Error Occurred


Reason :

Can not open this PowerPlay Standard Report.


Export to CSV is perfectly okay. :S Any idea?

What browser are you using? This happened to us a while back with a certain version of MS Explorer, I think it is MS 6.0 that causes this problem, you have to use 5.0 and have no problems exporting to PDF with that buggy version of PowerPlayWeb, I think this was a known bug between MS and Cognos. But then I think it is fixed in 7.0 not sure on that. We are using PPW7 and MS5 here and not have the error.

Hello,

O.. I am using IE6, and my Cognos is 7.1. I will try finding a machine with IE5 or IE5.5 and try again.
Wow... Cognos gotta fix it.
