Does any one know what a Web Pool File is? Is this a file created by I.E. or by something that is feeding information to I.E. I found some information at Microsoft but it was rather vague and confusing (surprise!).

It's created by McAfee Virus Scan. It's basically there to stay in the c:\windows\temp folder.
