Does anyone know of a converter that would allow an apache server to convert and serve (on the fly) Calc spreadsheets as png/jpg/gif images?

We do alot of our documentation and updates in this format and I would like to be able to have those who need to review the information (without making changes) just view it from a web server. But, I don't want to force everyone to save all their files in a different format each time the update them.

I don't have a solution to convert a spreadsheet to a graphic format, but one that'll print to PDF. The OOo command line "-pt ... "Print to" command will specify an additional printer for output. The office doesn't show the intro bitmap during startup." (from
What "bothers" me though is that it specifies an additional printer, wondering if it'll print to the default in addition to the "additional" printer.

Regards, hope this helps.

silverlokk,

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll see if I can make this work.
