Web Passwords on BPS 2K 1

I have set the security on a BPS stack at a remote site to require authentication when connecting to the web based management client. I cannot authenticate since. I have used ro and rw as the usernames and the known passwords but authentication fails.

I set the password type to local and am sure of the passwords I used. I still can vpn into the site and use device manager to access the stack but am wondering if anyone can offer any help with the web based client. I do have someone onsite who can console in if necessary or I can do so on my next trip there.

Any ideas.

try caps.. not rw but RW. If I remember correctly that is how it works.

I will try it at work tomorrow if you post that my answer does not work.
